Ken has served as CEO of public and venture backed private energy companies, and recently was Chairman of the Board and CEO of a NASDAQ Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) that raised $140 million in an IPO and completed a business combination creating NASDAQ: AESE. He has raised over $250 million of private and public equity, debt and strategic investments from multi-billion-dollar companies in the US and overseas. Ken has also spent time in various managerial positions at ExxonMobil and Texas Instruments. Ken holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and an MS in Engineering from Northwestern University.
